| 摘 要： | 出射光高度的固定是双晶单色仪性能的一个重要要求.为提高T型高差固定结构出射光高度的精度,应用几何分析法求出了出射光高度与各原始误差之间的关系式.根据原始误差独立作用原理,应用等精度法对T型高差固定结构进行了精度综合,得到各原始误差所允许的公差,并举例作了说明.

| Abstract: | It is a key performance requirement for a doable-crystal monochromator that the exit is fixed, and in order to improve the height accuracy of the exit in T-shaped exit fixed mechanism, the expression between the height of the exit and various original errors was put forward using geometrical analysis method. Aec, ording to the independent action principle of original errors, accuracy synthesis of T-shaped exit fixed mechanism was studied by using the equal accuracy method, and the tolerance ranges of original errors were obtained. How to calculate the tolerance ranges of original errors was explained by giving an example. |
