| Abstract: | The natural blue pigments are rare and expensive among natural pigments.The raw materials and microorganisms used for producing natural blue pigments,together with the chemical structures of some kinds of natural blue pigments were summarized.The extraction-separation methods,the studies on stabilization,modification,function and new resource in China were also introduced. |
