摘    要:阐述了辛烯醛气相加氢和液相加氢相结合的生产工艺特点。针对影响加氢系统的主要因素,结合生产情况对操作参数进行优化,解决了生产的实际问题,保证装置长周期运转。

Abstract:This paper elucidated the production process characteristics of combining octene aldehyde gas hydrogenation and liquid hydrogenation technology.Aimed at the main factors influencing hydrogenation system and combined with production situation of the unit,optimized unit operation parameters and solved the practical problems in the production process,guaranteed the long-term running of the unit.
