| Abstract: | A new correlation of the penetration of air into the blast furnace is presented, which agrees with data taken on blast furnaces at Wheeling Steel Corp. Data taken by rodding the tuyeres are examined critically and the variance between the figures at the different tuyeres is discussed. |
