摘    要:研究并联机床的柔度及其在工作空间内的分布情况,对并联机床的方案设计和使用有重要意义,对一种新颖的以6-SPS正交3维平台机构为原型6自由度并联机床的变形与力关系进行分析,基于柔度矩阵的子阵,提出该并联机床在任意位姿的4个柔度评价指标,并给出了这些评价指标在定位姿工作空间内的分布情况,为该并联机床的合理任务规划和因受力变形而 产生的加工误差分析提供依据。

Abstract:It is significant for the design and application of a parallel kinematic machine to study the flexibility indices and its workspace distributions. In this paper, the relationships between the applied force and the deflection of a novel 6-DOF parallel kinematic machine based on the 6-SPS orthogonal three-dimensional platform mechanism are investigated.By using the submatrices of the flexibility matrix, the flexibility indices at any configuration of the parallel kinematic machine are proposed. The distributions of the indices in constant-orientation workspace are presented, which can provide the theoretical background for the optimal task planning and the analysis of machining error due to the deflection of the parallel kinematic machine.
