激光模式对激光熔覆层质量的影响

摘    要:分别采用多模和低阶模的CO2激光束研究了激光模式对于Fe基合金激光熔覆层质量的影响.结果表明,相对于低阶模激光熔覆而言,多模激光熔覆层各个区域的外形较为平整,尤其是熔合区更为明显,激光模式不同对熔覆层的微观组织和硬度也有一定影响.

Abstract:The effects of laser mode on the quality of Fe-based alloy laser cladding layers are studied using a multimode CO_2 laser and a low order mode CO_2 laser respectively.Results show that the appearances of different zones of the multimode laser cladding layers are flatter than those of the low order mode laser cladding layers,especially in the melted zone.The difference of the laser mode also influences the microstructure and the hardness of the cladding layers to some extent.
