二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨的抗磨性和作用机理

摘    要:合成了1种润滑油添加剂 二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨。研究了它的热稳定性及在基础油中的溶解稳定性和铜片腐蚀性;在四球摩擦试验机上系统地考察了二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨在基础油中不同含量、不同载荷下的摩擦学性能;利用X射线能量色散谱(EDS)分析仪和PHI550EACA /SAM多功能电子能谱仪分析了钢球磨斑表面,探讨了二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨的摩擦化学作用机理。结果表明,二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨具有较高的热稳定性、良好的油溶性和抗腐蚀性能,作为极压抗磨添加剂可使基础油的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)提高60%,烧结载荷(PD)提高75%,磨斑直径(WSD)降低26%,摩擦系数(μ)降低30%。摩擦过程中,二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钨在摩擦副表面形成了FeS反应膜和WS2沉积膜,减少了摩擦副的直接接触,从而有效地提高了基础油的极压性能和抗磨减摩性能。

Abstract:A kind of lubricating oil additive--tungsten dioctyl-dithiocarbamate was synthesized.Its thermal stability, soluble stability and copper corrodibility were studied, and its tribological performances in base oil with different mass fractions and loads were evaluated on a four-ball tester, then the worn steel surface was analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray spectrometric microanalyzer (EDS) and PHI550EACA/SAM electron energy spectrum instruments.The tribochemistry principle of tungsten dioctyl-dithiocarbamate in base oil was also discussed.The results showed that tungsten dioctyl-dithiocarbamate had high thermal stability, good soluble stability and anti-corrosion performance, and when added into base oil, the P_B and P_D values of base oil could be increased by 60% and 75%, respectively, meanwhile, the wear scar diameter(WSD) of steel ball and friction coefficient (μ) could be reduced by 26% and 30% , respectively.In the course of friction tungsten dioctyl-dithiocarbamate could form FeS reaction film and WS_2 aggradation film on the surfaces of friction pairs, which were able to reduce the direct contact between friction pairs and improve the base oil's anti-pressure, anti-wear and anti-friction performances effectively.
