摘    要:在SO42-/ZrO2固体超强酸的基础上添加Ni元素和Nb2O5,制成新型固体超强酸Ni2- SO42-/ZrO2-Nb2O5。通过FT IR、XRD、TG-DTA、BET等技术对其结构进行了表征。结果显示:Ni元素和Nb元素的加入均起到了促进和稳定作用。并且运用Hammett指示剂法测得其酸强度可以达到-14.52,在催化乙酸丁酯的反应中可使乙酸的转化率达到98.86%。

Abstract:Adding Ni~(2 ) and Nb_2O_5 to SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2,the new solid superacid Ni~(2 )-SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Nb_2O_5 was prepared.The characterization of Ni~(2 )-SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Nb_2O_5was performed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and BET.The results showed that adding Ni~(2 )and Nb_2O_5 enhanced the acid strength and stability of solid superacid.The acid strangth of solid superacid reached-14.52 by the means of indicator method.For the esterification of acetic acid the conversion rate of acetic acid reached 98.86%.
