硫茚萃取精馏分离的模拟计算

摘    要:采用Aspen plus软件模拟计算硫茚的萃取精馏,并通过了实验的校核。然后,通过对相同操作条件下不同萃取剂的硫茚萃取精馏模拟,预测了不同萃取剂在实际萃取精馏中的分离效果,选取了合适的高选择性的萃取剂,得到了少量实验的验证,达到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:The extractive distillation process of benzothiophene was simulated using the software of Aspen plus.The simulated data was verified by experiment.By comparing the data of different extraction solvents of benzothiophene in the same operating conditions,the separation performance of different extraction solvents was predicted.The highly effective extraction solvent was chosen,and it was proved by experiment.It had high selectivity and low cost.
