摘    要:近几年来,离子液体双水相作为一种新型绿色分离体系越来越受到关注。离子液体双水相具有粘度低、分相快、不易乳化以及对生物物质萃取率高等优点。介绍了离子液体双水相的机理以及它在生物分离中的一些应用。

Abstract:In recent years,aqueous two-phase system based ionic liquids are gaining wide recognition as novel'greener' separation systems.Aqueous two-phase system based ionic liquids have some unique advantages,such as lower viscosity,very quickly phase separation,not easily emulsification,as well as good extractability for bioproducts.This review presents as accound of some of the recent reports on aqueous two-phase system based ionic liquids and Their applications in extraction and separation of bioproducts.
