摘    要:节能减排工作是十一五期间发展的的重要工作内容。全数字励磁调速是交流绕线异步电机串级调速的一种发展,是一种性能稳定,可靠性高,易于控制的一种节能调速方式。本篇论文主要阐述把绕线式电机二次能量通过整流传给直流电动机,由该直流电机拖动鼠笼电机,使其达到异步电机的同步转速(该电机工作在第四象限、发电状态),即把电能回馈给低压电网。同时被调速电机由于转速发生变化,它所需的电能也明显减少,进而到达节约电能的目的。

Energy-saving Engineering for High-voltage Dust-collecting Wind motor for Cement Kiln
Abstract:Energy saving and emission reduction is a key goal to achieve in the development plan of the 1 lth 5-year period. Full-digital-excitation speed control is a development in cascade speed regulation system for wound rotor motor. This method of energy-saving speed control is stable and reliable in performance; moreover, this method offers user-friendly control in the process. This paper describes its mechanism energy saving: the secondary energy of wound rotor motor was transmitted through regulation to a DC motor, which drives an AC motor, and synchronize the AC motor with induction motor. Thus the electrical power was fed into the low-voltage grid. Meanwhile, the electricity that is required by the speed-controlled motor is decreased because of its altered speed. Hence, the consumption of electricity is reduced.
