LA皮革浸灰助剂的应用性能研究

研究了ＬＡ皮革浸灰助剂的性能。通过组织学技术、ＳＥＭ、ＤＳＣ和波谱分析等分析测试手段检测了ＬＡ对浸灰过程及成革性能的影响。结果表明：ＬＡ浸灰助剂能促进皮纤维的松散；抑制灰皮过度膨胀，减少灰皱；能增加石灰的溶解度，促进浸灰物质的渗透；具有促进脱毛的作用；能提高成革的质量，增加得革率。

STUDY ON APPLIED PROPERTIES OF LA AUXILIARY LIMING AGENT

Abstract The properties of LA auxiliary liming agentwere studied.LA was used in liming process,theinfluences of LA to liming process and propertiesof leather were studied by histological technique,SEM,EMPA-EPR and DSC analysises.The re-sults show that LA can improve the opening-upof fibre structure,restrain over-swelling,enhanceunhairing ability,increase the solubleness oflime,accelerate the permeating of lime,improvethe quality of leather and increase the area ofleather.
