摘    要:介绍了天津某公司JWZ-NAC阻垢器的工作原理,在此基础上以新疆阿克苏天山多浪水泥有限公司应用JWZ-NAC阻垢器来防止水泥窑余热电站循环水水垢的生成为例,分析了其阻垢、防垢效果。结果表明:应用该阻垢器对余热发电系统无影响且除垢效果更优,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract:The working principle of JWZ-NAC scale inhibitor of a Tianjin company was introduced, and the example of Xinjiang Akesu Tianshan Duolang Cement Co.,Ltd. applying JWZ-NAC scale inhibitor to prevent the formation of water scale in the circulating water of the waste heat power generation system was introduced, the scale inhibition effect was analysed. The results show that using the scale inhibitor has no impact on the waste heat power generation system and has better cleaning effect which can bring significant economic and social benefits.
