| 摘 要： | 天瑞集团临汝水泥公司2500t/d熟料生产线原料粉磨采用Φ4.60m×(10+3.5)m中卸烘干磨系统,由于原料易磨性差,系统电耗达22k Wh/t,且生料产量(2000t/h)不能满足窑的需要,决定将球磨机系统技改为辊压机终粉磨系统。介绍了具体改造方案及改造实施和调试运行。改后吨生料电耗下降了70k Wh,台时产量提高了300t,改造效果较好。
