碱性腐蚀介质下水电解槽密封的性能分析与设计

摘    要:针对碱性腐蚀介质下水电解槽的工作条件,设计了其密封结构。基于流体动力学理论,推导了水电解槽密封泄漏率公式,并分析了其密封性能。结果表明:采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封垫片和螺纹密封串联技术,系统的总泄漏率是垫片工作应力、螺纹紧扣力矩和紧扣圈数的函数。当紧扣力矩和紧扣圈数处于规定范围之内,总泄漏率随其增大而显著减小。

Abstract:The sealing structure was designed according to the working conditions of water electric tank in condition of alkaline erosive medium.The sealing leakage ratio formula of water electric tank was deduced based on hydrodynamic theory and the sealing performance was analyzed.The result indicates that with the series connection seal skill of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) gasket and screw applied,the total leakage ratio of system has some function relations between the work stress of gasket,fastening moment and turns of the screw thread,in the regulated range the more fastening moment and turns of the screw thread are,the remarkably less the total leakage ratio is.
