超细CuCr_2O_4粉体的制备及表征

摘    要:以Cu(NO32)·3H2O、Cr(NO3)2·9H2O和柠檬酸为原料,采用柠檬酸配位法合成了超细CuCr2O4催化剂,用XRD、SEM对产物进行了表征,用DTA研究了CuCr2O4对高氯酸铵(AP)热分解性能的影响,测量了加入CuCr2O4后CMDB推进剂的燃速。结果表明,在最佳合成条件下(即nCu∶nCr=1∶2,温度700℃)可制得纯四方尖晶石型CuCr2O4。加入超细CuCr2O4后,AP的高温分解温度提前至339.6℃,CMDB推进剂在6MPa下的燃速从35.84mm/s提高到61.00mm/s,压强指数从0.62降低到0.14。

Abstract:CuCr2O4 superfine powder were synthesized by citric acid complex method using Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,Cr(NO3)2·9H2O and citric acid as raw materials.The products were characterized by XRD and SEM.The catalytic effect of CuCr2O4 supurfine powder on thermal decomposition properties of ammonium perchlorate(AP) was studied by DTA.The burning rate of the CMDB propellant with CuCr2O4 powders was measured.The product synthesized under the optimum synthesis conditions of nCu∶nCr=1∶2 and 700℃ has perfect spinel structure.After adding CuCr2O4 superfine powder,the temperature of the higher-temperature exothermic peak of AP decreases to 339.6℃,and the burning rate of the CMDB propellant at 6MPa is increased from 35.84 mm/s to 61.00 mm/s and the pressure exponent is decreased from 0.62 to 0.14.
