摘    要:为了验证球化体激光相变硬化数学模型[1]的正确性,本工作选用三种不同成分的碳钢在不同激光处理条件下进行试验,并对激光硬化区尺寸、硬化层内显微组织、相组成及显微硬度进行了分析测定,实验结果与理论模拟计算结果进行了比较,二者符合得较好,说明采用本模型可以对实际工业生产中激光热处理工艺进行优化设计。

Abstract:To verify the validity of the mathematical model of laser transformation hardening forspheroidite,Laser heat treatments were done on thrce carbon stcels with different carbon contents.Thedimensions of the hardened zone,and the profiles of the volumn fraction of the retained ccmentite andmicro-hardness within the zone wcre measured. The agreement between the experimentnal and thetherotical results is guod. This indicates this model is applicable to industrial laser heat treatment process.
