高速切削金属陶瓷可转位铣刀刀片力学特性分析

摘    要:为了研究金属陶瓷可转位铣刀高速切削时刀片的破坏机理,为金属陶瓷可转位铣刀的设计提供理论基础,论文采用ANSYS软件通过有限元法,对高速切削金属陶瓷可转位铣刀刀片力学特性进行分析.创建了金属陶瓷可转位刀片复杂结构的三维实体模型,建立了金属陶瓷可转位刀片的有限元模型,进行位移场和应力场分析,应用最大拉应力理论、最大剪应力理论及最大形状改变比能理论,计算出刀具的最大位移、应力.论文的分析有利于对高速切削过程中的力学特性进行深入研究.

Abstract:The cermets indexable milling cutter insert was investigated to study its destructive mechanism during high speed cutting and to identify basic design principles.A 3D solid model was constructed for the complex structure of the insert.Using ANSYS software,a 3D finite element(FE) model of the insert was also constructed.The maximum displacement and stress was evaluated by use of principle stress theory,maximum shearing stress theory,and von Mises theory,helping to provide data for further research on the mechanical characteristics of the cutter during high speed cutting.
