TbDyFe合金棒材的熔铸新工艺

摘    要:在超高温度梯度定向凝固装置中研究了稀土超磁致伸缩材料TbDyFe合金棒材的制备工艺,用该工艺制备出了外观圆整,化学成分均匀的TbDyFe合金棒材;与电弧炉熔炼制备工艺相比,该工艺设备投资少,一套装置可完成TbDyFe合金棒材的熔炼浇注和定向凝固全过程,操作简单,成分控制准确;通过化学成分分析发现,正常熔炼时稀土元素Tb和Dy的烧损率分别小于2%和3%,烧损率低。

Abstract:RE giant magnetostrictive TbDyFe alloy bar with high surface quality and uniform chemical composition can be prepared by a gradient directional solidification equipment at super-high temperature. Compared with an electric arc furnace, the gradient directional equipment has the features of low investment for equipment, simple operation and accurate control for chemical composition as well as the completion of smelting and directional solidification of TbDyFe alloy bar in equipment one step. The chemical composition analysis indicate that the burning losses of Tb and Dy in normal smelting are less than 2% and 3% respectively.
