Security Problems and Solutions for an E-government Application

A framework of security solution for an E-government application has been introduced in the paper. The application system is one of E-government application around the state. The frame design may be met the security requirement of E-government application, specially it has considered the real situation where the application is across the different security domains and different networks trusted domains, so it will be useful for other applications of E-government.
