| 摘 要： | 根据新日铁、神户制钢、蒂森克虏伯、JFE、住友金属、浦项、塔塔钢铁和安赛乐米塔尔等8家公司2007年在世界知识产权组织（WIPO）公开的发明专利进行整理、归纳和分类，概述了上述公司以钢铁产品、各种部件及各种合金材料或产品等为主的发明专利内容，提出了这些公司所公开的发明专利的各自特点，建议国内钢铁企业对这8家国外大型钢铁企业申请公开的PCT专利内容给予关注。

| Abstract: | Based on regularizing ＆ distinguishing, generalizing and classifying the inventive patents published in 2007 by World Intellectual Property Organization（WIPO）, all of which are owned by 8 foreign major corporations such as Nippon Steel Corporation, Kobe Steel Ltd., ThyssenKrupp, JFE, Sumitmno Metal Ind., POSCO, Tata Steel Ltd. and ArcelorMittal, this paper introduces main content of all these patents with regard to kinds of steel products, various components or parts and various alloyed materials or products and points out characteristics of each corporation＇ s patent content and thus it is suggested that domestic steel enterprises pay much attention to these kinds of PCT patents owned by above mentioned 8 corporations and published by WIPO. |
