冷模具钢渗扩氮复合强韧化研究

摘    要:研究了渗扩氮等温淬火对Cr7Mo3V2Si和Cr12MoV钢、渗扩氮冷待淬火对60Si2Mn钢的显微组织分布、显微硬度梯度曲线的影响。结果表明,Cr7Mo3V2Si和Cr12MoV钢制冷模具经渗扩氮等温淬火复合强韧化及60Si2Mn钢冷模具经渗扩氮冷待淬火复合强韧化处理后的使用寿命显著提高。

Abstract:The influence of austempering after prenitriding and nitrogen diffusion for Cr7Mo3V2Si andCr12MoV and the influence of quenching delay after prenitriding and nitrogen diffusion for 60Si2Mn on microstructuredistribution and microhardness gradient curues of these steels have studied. The results show that the service life ofcold dies made of steel Cr7Mo3V2Si and steel Cr12MoV after composite strengthening and toughening heat treatmentAPND and made of steel 60Si2Mn after composite strengthening and toughening heat treatment QDPND is obviouslyincreased.
