摘    要:利用基于磁路法的RMXPRT软件对一款50kW、200V的永磁同步电动机方案进行优选,得到较为理想的电机方案后将其导入到电磁场有限元分析软件MAXWELL进行优化计算.算法选用遗传算法,以永磁同步电动机的极弧系数、极弧偏心距和永磁体厚度作为优化变量,以气隙磁密、齿槽转矩和永磁体面积作为优化目标.优化后效果明显,对实际应...

Abstract:Firstly, a motor scheme of 50kW, 200V permanent magnet synchronous was preferred by the method of RMXPRT software based on magnetic circuit. A better scheme was input into:electromagnetic f ield fi nite element analysis software, MAXWELL, to be further optimized by genetic algorithm. The permanent magnet synchronous motor pole arc coeff icient, pole arc eccentricity and permanent magnet thickness were taken as the optimized variation while air-gap flux density,cogging torque and permanent magnet area were taken as the optimized target in this genetic algorithom. The effect of optimization was obvious, with the function to guide the practical application.
