| 摘 要： | 从交通因子、区位因子、环境因子、价格因子4个方面考量银川市的居住空间优势,通过建立区位优势度模型,从区位综合优势度和区位生活条件优势度2方面进行比较分析.研究结果显示,区域间单因子差别较大,同时,居住空间区位优势度由城市中心向周边呈递减趋势,从区位生活条件优势度看,兴庆区高出永宁县5.238;从区位综合优势度看,最高的兴庆区高出最低的永宁县4.610.建议构建和优化城市居住空间,重点要科学合理地布局公共资源,特别是基础教育、医疗卫生、交通运输、社会保障和就业、公共安全和环境保护等基本公共服务的均等化,汇聚人气.
