摘    要:为保证重油催化装置的长周期运行,2004年以来中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司在延迟焦化装置扩能多产焦化蜡油的同时,注重丙烷脱沥青装置的优化运行。具体措施为:(1)采用丙烷溶剂中加入20%~25%丁烷.使丙烷脱沥青蜡油(DAO)收率由45%增车60%。(2)通过合理选材、提高材料质量,采用液相丙烷胺法脱硫、汽相丙烷碱洗脱硫工艺基本解决了丙烷溶剂循环系统湿H2S腐蚀问题。丙烷装置优化运行后,装置处理量由300kt/a提高到400kt/a,DAO产量由135kt/a增加到240kt/a,保证了重油催化装置的原料供应。

Abstract:In order to insure long-period operation of RFCCU,Jingmen Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,SINOPEC had emphasized optimal operation of propane deasphalting unit as well as producing more coker gatch oil after expansion of delayed coker unit since 2004.The measures were as follows:(1)adding 20%-25% butane in propane solvent to make the yield of propane deasphalted oil increase from 45% to 60%.(2)selecting high quality material and using processes of amine desulfurization in the liquid propane and alkaline desulfurization in the gas propane solved the wet H_2S corrosion.After optimizing propane deasphalt unit,the capacity increased from 300 kt/a to 400 kt/a and the yield of propane deasphalted oil improved from 135 kt/a to 240 kt/a.that guaranteed the feed supply for RFCCU.
