超临界水氧化法处理麦草制浆黑液

摘    要:以工业纯氧为氧化剂,采用自制的间歇式超临界水氧化系统对造纸黑液进行处理,处理后的排水能够达到国家规定的排放标准。同时分析了超临界水氧化过程中不同反应温度、时间及其氧气浓度对该废水COD处理效率的影响。实验结果表明:在450℃、压力24~25MPa,过氧倍数2.2,氧化反应时间60s的实验条件下,其COD去除率达到99.8%。

Abstract:The pollution of papermaking is serious, useing the supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) technology to treat black liquor is high-efficiency and environmental protection.
