摘    要:论述了在进行粉磨功指数试验时应注意的几个问题。试验选用的成品筛孔径 (P1)应根据磨机生产控制的粒度来确定。不同生产行业对粉磨产品的细度要求各有不同 ,试验要求采用的P1 都不是一个定值。易磨性试验存在一个适宜的细度范围 ,偏离这一范围就有可能导致粉磨功的大量消耗。易磨性与水分密切相关 ,试验原料的水分应与生产控制值相同 ,而无须进行烘干处理

Abstract:Some noticeable problems in making the grinding work index experiments are discussed in this paper.It is pointed out here that the finish sieve's size of mesh (P_1) for testing should be determined by the grain size controlled by the milling production capacity.As there are different requirements for the degree of fineness of the ground product in different production businesses,the value of P_1 for testing is not constant. The grindability test has a moderate range of degree of fineness and departure from the range would result in excessive consumption of grinding work.Grindability is closely related to the water content and so the water content in the test raw material should be controlled in terms of the production control value and there is no need for drying treatment any more.
