碳钢焊接接头在亚硫酸铵溶液中的耐蚀性研究

摘    要:采用三电极电化学研究法和金相组织分析法研究了碳钢焊接接头在亚硫酸铵介质中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明,Q235钢用J420焊条焊接后,焊缝、热影响区、母材的显微组织有明显差别,从而导致焊缝的腐蚀速率大于热影响区、大于母材。温度升高或亚硫酸铵浓度增大,均可以促使焊接接头的腐蚀速率增大。

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of the carbon steel welded joint in ammonium sulfite solution and the serious corrosion of welded seam in the solution were studied by using three anode electrochemical methods and metallurgical structure analysis. The results showed that the order of corrosion rate from high to low was welded seam, heated-affected zone and base metal. Moreover, the corrosion resisting property of base metal was excellent, due to the obvious differences in the microscopic structures of welded seam, heated-affected zone and base metal after carbon steel was welded by J420 electrode. The welded joint's corrosion rate was accelerated by increasing the temperature and concentration of ammonium sulfite solution.
