Study on new technology for production of urea- based NPK fertilizer

Through laboratory and small scale continuous experiments with urea, phosphate rock, sulfuric acid, fused calcium magnesium phosphate, potassium salt etc. as raw materials, a singlestep new technology for production of ureabased NPK fertilizer was developed. The technology has many advantages such as a shorter process, less equipment, smaller layout area, lower energy consumption and no fluorine pollution. The product also contains proper amount of medium and micro elements, which improves the fertilizer effect , and thus greatly promotes the agricultural harvest. The process is worth popularizing .
