| 摘 要： | 高职教育在学习型社会的教育价值中占有十分重要的地位.影响高职院校发展的外部因素很多,其中政府、企业、行业组织是具有决定性影响力的因素.对于高职院校的发展,政府具有政治责任,企业具有法律责任,行业组织具有学术责任.

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education holds a most important position in the educational values of the study-oriented society.There are too many external factors affecting the development of higher vocational colleges,of which the governments,enterprises and trade organizations possess decisive influences.For the development of higher vocational colleges,the governments assume political responsibilities,enterprises legal responsibilities and trade orgamzations academic responsibilities. |
