南京配电网调度实时作业管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of a Distribution Network Real-time Job Management System in Nanjing

After analyzing the status quo and major shortcomings of the original distribution network system in Nanjing,this paper gives an account of the schematic design and key technology of a distribution network real-time job management system.The system follows IEC 61970/IEC 61968 standards,and achieves smooth integration between GIS and DMS.The functions such as dispatching,operation and service in the distribution network are synthetically designed based on the demands of scheming overhaul,casual overhaul and accident handling.The system realizes job tracing,resource information sharing and management automation,providing dispatchers with an effective instrument in day-to-day distribution network management.
