粘结剂对锂离子蓄电池性能的影响

摘    要:对比研究了水性粘结剂和PVDF粘结剂对锂离子蓄电池性能的影响。对使用两种不同粘结剂电池的化成厚度、内阻、循环性能、电压平台以及耐恒流过充电性能等进行了测试分析。实验表明,采用水性粘结剂的电池充电膨胀厚度和充电态内阻较小、耐3C5A倍率恒流过充电性能好;以PVDF为粘结剂的电池循环性能和3.6V电压平台率较好,第300周循环容量保持率为91%、3.6V电压平台率为85%。

Abstract:In this paper the influence of water-binder on performance of Li-ion battery was contrasted with PVDF-binder, the variety of formation thickness, internal resistance, cycle performance, voltage platform and overcharge with constant current was evaluated. The experiment indicated when use water-binder, the expansion thickness and internal resistance of charged battery were small, performance of overcharge with constant current at 3 C5A rate was good. When use PVDF- binder,the cycle performance and 3.6 V voltage platform was good.After 300 cycles, capacity retained 91% of initial, the ratio of voltage platform was 85%
