摘    要:苯部分加氢生产氯代环己烷,经济、安全,无环境污染,本文从理论上对由苯部分加氢生产氯代环己烷工艺路线进行了探讨。一是采用现有苯部分加氢制环己烯工艺,由环己烯与氯化氢加成生产氯代环己烷。二是采用新的催化体系,苯部分加氢产物只需分出油相和水相,直接与氯化氢加成。三是以苯为原料进行加氢,直接在反应过程中通入氯化氢,使苯部分加氢生成环己烯的同时,就与氯化氢加成,生成氯代环己烷。本文对上述三种路线的可行性进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:The process lines of the production of chloroxyclohexene by partial hydrogenation of benzene are economic, safe and with non environmental pollution. The process lines are studied theoretically. Three process lines are studied.The first,cyclohexene obtained by partial hydrogenation of benzene reacted with hydrogen chloride. The second, mixture of benzene cyclohexene and cyclohexane obtained from hydrogenation of benzene reacted with hydrochloride. The third , hydrochloride is directly added into the hydrogenation of benzene. The feasibility of the three process lines mentioned above are analyzed and compared.
