摘    要:本文以模拟底吹氩、顶吹氧加铝化学升温的180tCAS-OB钢包(CompositionAdjustmentsbySealedargonbubblingwithOxygenBlowing)实验室模型为对象,建立了描述熔池温度动态分布的数学模型.考察了升温过程中熔池的升温规律及操作参数对传热过程的影响.本工作为现场操作和优化工艺提供依据.

Abstract:A mathematical model is established to predict the temperature distribution in the heating bath of a small-scale model for the purpose of simulating a 180t CAS-OB (Composition Adjustment by Sealed argon bubbling with Oxygen Blowing) ladle used to heat liquid steel by blowing argon in the bottom and blowig oxygen and adding aluminum in the top.The process of heat transfer and effects of operating parameters on the process are investigated numerically.
