纳米铁/环氧树脂复合材料的介电和吸波特性研究

摘    要:为有效防止家用电器的杂散电磁辐射对健康的危害,设计并制备了纳米铁颗粒增强环氧树脂基复合材料,对复合材料的介电性能和微波吸收行为进行了探讨。研究表明:纳米铁颗粒增强环氧树脂基复合材料具有良好的吸波功效,吸波规律与铁粉添加量有关,但单一吸波介质无法满足阻抗匹配,需进一步研究其它吸波介质和复合介质的电磁匹配参数。

Abstract:A novel nano-iron particulate reinforced polymer-based composite material against electromagnetic pollution was prepared for household appliances. The attenuation, permittivity and various absorbing aspects of the composite material were investigated. Results show that the composite material exhibited promising effects of microwave absorption. The attenuation was affected by volume fraction of nano-iron powders. A single microwave absorption medium would not be appreciable, and a combination of different microwave absorption materials is suggested. The coordination of electromagnetic parameters of the composite has to be investigated further.
