业务过程管理框架与关键技术研究

摘    要:为了对企业各管理层面各种过程进行统一、连贯的管理,实现跨企业业务过程的无缝集成,给出了业务过程管理的概念和功能,在目前主流的两个业务过程管理框架的基础上提出了一种新的框架。该框架关注业务管理层次、供应链和产品生命周期三个方面,统一管理企业各层次、各领域的过程和跨企业过程,并通过信息技术辅助这种统一管理模式的实现,进一步提出了实施业务过程管理的关键技术问题。对比了业务过程管理和工作流、企业资源规划、企业应用集成等的区别和联系。分析比较的结果表明,业务过程管理是新一代企业信息系统体系结构的重要发展方向。

Abstract:To achieve standard and coherent management at different levels within enterprises, and realize the seamless integration of Business Process Management (BPM) cross enterprises, a new BPM architecture was proposed. After the concept and function of BPM system were presented, the architecture was built on two popular BPM architectures. The architecture focused on the following three aspects: the level of business management, the supply chain management and the product lifecycle management. In this architecture, various business management levels ,domains and cross organizations were maintained in a standard manner, and information technology was utilized to fulfill it. Then the key technology to implement the BPM system was discussed, and the BPM technology was compared to the workflow technology, (EAI) technology and Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) technology, concentrating on their differences and relationships. Finally it is concluded that BPM is the development trend of enterprise information system architecture in the next generation.
