化铁炉的节能控制研究

摘    要:分析了化铁炉现有网状模型的局限性,通过设置上,下两排隔离风箱和采用独立供风,首次提出了化铁炉三维曲面熔化模型,并据此实现了化铁炉熔化过程的计算机智能,在降低能耗,提高出炉铁水温度和减少环境污染等方面取得了令有满意的结果。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the limitations of existing net diagram of a cupola,and constructed a three dimensional curved surface melting model of a cupola for the first time by means of installing the upper and under,two rows of isolation blast box,and applying the method of independent blast.According to the model,computer intelligent control for fusion process of the cupola was accomplished.The results in many aspects such as reducing energy consumption,heightening the temperature of molten iron out of the cupola,decreasing environmental pollution and so on were satisfactory.
