| 摘 要： | 以苄胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经过加成、环合成盐、水解脱羧反应,合成了1-苄基-4-哌啶酮。对反应条件进行了改进,确定了最佳反应条件,合成总收率由文献报道的65%提高到75%。

| Abstract: | 1-benzyl-4-piperidone was synthesized from benzyl amine and methylacrylate via addition,Dieckmann condensation and hydrolytic decarboxylation.The process parameters were optimized and the best reaction conditions were determined.Compared with the current literature,the yield,cost and safety were all improved. |
