超级双相钢SAF2507+16MnR复合钢板爆炸复合工艺研究

摘    要:本文说明了用进口超级双相钢SAF2507和国产16MnR钢板,运用爆炸焊接方法生产的复合钢板各项性能指标满足标准要求;重点阐述了爆炸焊接技术措施的制定及爆炸工艺参数的选取,合理的热处理工艺规范,对不同工艺规范下的试验数据进行了分析和研究。为今后SAF2507+16MnR复合钢板大批量生产及大量投入工业工程应用提供了科学依据。
