聚丙烯装置挤出机长周期运行的影响因素及对策

摘    要:200kt/a聚丙烯(PP)装置挤出机组于2003年投入运行,2004--2012年挤出机在运行过程中发生多次停车故障。对挤出机运行期间的停车情况进行归类分析,找出了制约其长周期运行的影响因素。对离心干燥器因转速低引发联锁跳闸停车,装置聚合系统产生拉丝料从而造成PP粉料计量秤(W801)计量不准确而跳闸停车,以及W801联轴器故障引发联锁跳闸停车等主要原因进行了分析,提出了保证挤出机长周期运行的措施。

Abstract:The extruder in polypropylene (PP) plant of 200 kt/a started into operation in 2003, the extruder occurred shutdown of faults repeatedly during operation from 2004 to 2012. To find out the influence factors for long-term operation impeded, cases of the extruder forced to stop were classified and analyzed. It was analyzed that shutdown resulted from, intertrip with low speed of centrifugal drier, PP powder measurement scale of WS01 was inaccurate in process of production filament in the polymerization system, and coupler fault of the W801, the solutions proposed for long-term normal operation.
