| 摘 要： | 在综合了PLC与触摸屏技术特点的基础上，结合设备组成提出了PLC与触摸屏在低温等离子体处理机中的集成控制方法，阐述了低温等离子体电气控制系统的工作原理和软件实现，给出了触摸屏和PLC编程方法及程序框图。
