| 摘 要： | 水资源是社会赖以生存和发展的自然资源,是实现可持续发展的基本支撑之一。为使高淳县社会经济健康发展、水资源合理利用,很有必要研究当地的水资源承载能力。依据水资源承载能力的定义,考虑水资源承载能力具有不确定性、模糊性和动态性,建立模糊综合评价模型,选出对水资源承载能力影响较大的几个指标并确定其权重。对南京市高淳县各分区及整个区域的水资源承载能力进行分析和预测,得出水资源承载能力潜力的变化情况,为高淳县水利和经济发展规划提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Water resources are natural resources for the social existence and development, and also a basic support for achieving sustainable development. In order to make Gaochun county＇s soeio-economic develop healthily and water resources use rationally, it＇s important to study the local carrying capacity of water resources. Based on the definition of the carrying capacity of water resources, considered its uncertainty, ambiguity and dynamic, established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Some indexes ,which had larger impact on the carrying capacity of water resources, were selected and their weights were ascertained. The carrying capacity of water resources of Gaochun county of Nanjing City was analyzed and forecasted and its potentiaFs changes were gotten. The research could provide a scientific reference for Gaochun county＇s water plan and economic development plan. |
