| 摘 要： | 以中小型房地产企业前期投资决策阶段为分析对象，运用运筹学中的权重分析法对投资决策风险进行了详细分析，并提出了中小型房地产企业开发前期投资决策的风险对策，以保证投资决策的正确性及可行性。
