生物样品快速灰化方法的研究

摘    要:本文报道生物样品快速灰化时氧化性气体的流量、样品量与灰化时间的关系及灰化温度等实验,在此基础上建立了生物样品快速灰化方法。大量生物样品的灰化结果表明,该法适用于大量样品的处理,灰化迅速,灰样质量好,并可直接灰化鲜样。

Abstract:This paper deseribes the experimental study of rapid ashing process.The effects of ashing temperature and the dependence of ashing period on theflow rate of oxidizing gas stream and the amounts of samples were studied.On the basis of preliminary experiments,rapid ashingexperiments were performed with large numbers of biological samples.Theadvantages of the method were the high speed of ashing and the low contentof residual char in ashed samples.The results showed that the rapid ashingmethod was suitable for for treatment of large numbers of biological samples.In addition,fresh samples could be directly charred and ashed by a rapidashing apparatus.
