絮凝法处理碱厂废水的实验研究

摘    要:碱厂废水水量较大,碱度大,污染性强。分别考察阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型三种有机高分子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂对废水处理的效果,发现都不是非常理想。然而,如果将无机凝聚剂与这三种有机高分子絮凝剂复配使用,效果很好;有机高分子絮凝剂用量少,絮凝时间短,矾花大而实,沉降速度快。适宜的絮凝条件为:对100mL废水,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的投加0.001g,硫酸钠为0.06 g,pH为9.7,搅拌时间为20 min。在此条件下废水COD去除率达到80.5%,废水的色度去除率为92.9%。
