摘    要:采用普通金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段分析研究了多元合金耐磨铸铁经40%热变形并以不同速度冷却后的耐磨性,结果表明,热变形后的冷却速度对该耐磨铸铁的组织和耐磨性有明显的影响,热变形后空冷可使之获得较高的耐磨性。

Abstract:The wearability of the wear resistant muhicomponent cast iron which was thermally deformed at the deformation amount of 40% and cooled at different rates was studied by using conventional metallographic microscope and SEM. The results show that the cooling rate after hot deformation will obviously influence the microstructrue and wearability of the wear resistant cast iron. The wear resistant cast iron hot-deformed and subsequenhy aircooled will obtain better wearability.
