一种刃磨硬质合金刀具的新方法

摘    要:介绍了材料的可切削性的判定方法,通过被加工材料的可切削性分析编码,确定切削用量和刀具角度,为刃磨硬质合金刀具的前期工艺准备提供理论指导。提出一种硬质合金刀片刃磨新方法,即综合运用负刃刃磨法、低应力磨削技术和间断磨削方法;镗削实践证明新刃磨方法可显著延长刀具的工作寿命。

Abstract:The decision method of the material’s cutting property is introduced. Through analyzing the code of cutting property of machined material and determine the cutting parameters and angles of cutter, the prophase preparatory theory of the grinding technology for hard alloy tool is given. A new method of grinding hard alloy tool is presented, which is the integrated application of the negative grind knife-edge, the low stress grinding technology and the interrupted grinding method. The result of boring testing has show that the work life of cutter can be extended with the new grinding method.
