| 摘 要： | 板坯连铸的二次冷却是影响铸坯质量的重要因素之一。针对邯郸钢铁股份有限公司第三炼钢厂出现的板坯质量问题,对二次冷却系统的喷嘴进行优化,达到改善铸坯质量的目的。研究探讨了二次冷却区喷嘴型号的选型以及影响喷嘴冷却效果的因素。在此研究基础上,实际生产中采用了合适的喷嘴类型、布置方式及合理的水量后,铸坯的中心偏析得以改善,等轴晶率明显提高。
