石油三厂轻油制氢转化炉配汽工艺流程改造设想

摘    要:本文分析了石油三厂轻油水蒸汽转化制氢装置转化催化剂积炭和水合的主要原因,提出了转化炉前一次性配汽再分流的工艺流程,避免或减少因瞬间油气偏流造成转化过程中水碳比不足,引起转化催化刑积炭严重致使装置被迫停工的解决方法。减少因催化剂报废所造成的直接经济损失。

Abstract:In this paper are presented the causes of carbon laydown and catalyst conver- sion hydration resulting in the process of steam transforming from naphtha in the hydrogen producing plant of Fushun No.3 Refinery.Meanwhile are introduced the pro- cess of primary air-distribution as well as the solutions to avoiding inadequacy or de- crease of water carbon ration which is usually caused by instantaneous bias current of gas and oil in the process of canversion,and may result in so severe carbon laydown and great economic loss.
