摘    要:怠速控制不当会使发动机燃油消耗增加,排放恶化、运行不稳定,作者设计了利用旁通空气的摩托车发动机怠速控制系统,通过步进电机控制旁通阀的开度以改变怠速时空燃比,在控制策略上采用了模糊控制技术,并进行了发动机台架试验,试验结果表明采用了本系统后发动机的怠速转速下降,怠速稳定性提高,怠速排放得到较大改善。

Abstract:Inappropriate engine idle speed control will increase fuel consumption, exhaust emissions and running instability. In this paper, an idle speed control system for motorcycle engine using bypass air is developed. A step motor is applied to change the air-fuel ratio by controlling the bypass air mass and fuzzy control technology is used. Finally, engine bad experiments are done, the results show that the idle speed and the exhasust emission decrease and the speed stability increases by using this system.
